LEGAL INFORMATION

Terms and Conditions

The terms governing use of the QYQ Socks website and its B2B product, wholesale, and OEM/ODM information.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of qyqsocks.com (the “Website”), operated by Zhuji Youqu Apparel Co., Ltd. under the QYQ Socks brand (“QYQ Socks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

The Website provides general information about QYQ Socks, our manufacturing capabilities, ready-stock products, and OEM/ODM services. It is intended mainly for business buyers, wholesalers, importers, distributors, retailers, and brand customers.

The Website is not an online checkout platform. Website content is provided for general information and inquiry purposes only.

2. No Binding Offer

Product descriptions, images, specifications, capacity information, availability, lead times, minimum order quantities, prices, and other commercial information shown on the Website are indicative and may change.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer, quotation, warranty, or commitment to supply. A transaction becomes binding only when the relevant commercial terms are confirmed in writing by authorized representatives of both parties, including through an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order confirmation, sales contract, or other written agreement.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that transaction.

3. Inquiries, Quotations, and Orders

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an inquiry. Quotations and order terms may depend on product specifications, materials, colors, sizes, packaging, labeling, testing requirements, quantity, destination, shipping terms, payment terms, and production schedule.

Ready-stock availability is subject to confirmation at the time of inquiry or order. Custom OEM/ODM production is subject to feasibility review, sampling, material availability, production scheduling, and written approval of specifications.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices, currencies, taxes, bank charges, deposits, balance-payment deadlines, payment methods, and quotation-validity periods will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, or sales contract. Unless stated otherwise in writing, prices do not include duties, import taxes, destination charges, or other third-party costs.

We are not required to begin production, reserve stock, or release goods until the agreed payment conditions have been met. Customers are responsible for verifying our payment instructions through an established contact channel before transferring funds.

5. Samples and Custom Products

Sample fees, tooling or development costs, delivery charges, timelines, and refund or credit arrangements will be stated in the applicable quotation or written agreement.

For custom products, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving samples, artwork, colors, packaging, labels, measurements, and specifications before mass production. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances and batch variations may apply as stated in the relevant agreement or accepted industry practice.

6. Production, Delivery, and Risk

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement. Timelines may change because of specification approvals, payment timing, material availability, production capacity, inspection, customs, carriers, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Shipping method, Incoterms® rule (if any), named place, freight responsibility, title, and transfer of risk will be stated in the applicable transaction documents. Customers are responsible for timely import clearance, local compliance, duties, and destination charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Inspection, Claims, and Remedies

Any inspection standard, third-party inspection, acceptance procedure, claim deadline, evidence requirement, replacement, credit, rework, refund, or other remedy will be governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or sales contract.

Customers should inspect goods promptly after receipt and notify us in writing of any alleged shortage, damage, or non-conformity within the agreed claim period, with reasonable supporting evidence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Customer Materials and Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, design, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to QYQ Socks and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download Website content only for legitimate internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission.

If you provide trademarks, artwork, designs, packaging, labels, or other materials for a custom project, you represent that you have the right to use and authorize us to use those materials for the requested work. You are responsible for claims arising from materials supplied or approved by you.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; interfere with operation or security; extract substantial content through automated means without permission; or submit false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or practices. Use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

11. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We aim to keep Website information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Any product warranty, quality standard, remedy, or liability relating to a transaction will be governed by the applicable written transaction documents.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QYQ Socks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website, including loss of profit, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Liability relating to a product, order, payment, shipment, or custom project is governed by the applicable written transaction documents.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update the Website or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Zhuji, Zhejiang, China, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
